Vital Code Consulting LLC. Effective September 14, 2026.
These terms govern the consulting services provided by Vital Code Consulting LLC, and the use of the software tools we operate for our own business.
We are a consulting practice. Our work is advisory and design work, delivered as documents, plans and designs. It includes health and wellness plans, fitness and meal plans, business development and operations advice, coaching programmes, staff training material, and marketing material. We do not sell, ship, warehouse or handle physical goods of any kind, and nothing we supply is a physical product.
The scope and fee for a piece of work are agreed with the client before it starts. We then issue an invoice for it. Amounts are due as stated on the invoice.
Invoices are paid by following the secure payment link on the invoice, which completes on our payments provider's own page. We do not accept card details by phone or email and we do not charge a card on a client's behalf. Because our work is advisory and delivered on agreement, questions about an invoice should be raised with us directly and promptly so that we can review and correct it.
On payment, the client may use the plans, programmes and materials we prepare within their own business. Our underlying methods, templates and know-how remain ours. Our advice is professional guidance and not medical, legal, tax or financial advice; a client should take appropriately qualified advice before acting where that is called for.
We operate a private internal tool that connects to our own accounting records so that the owner and the owner's assistant can raise invoices, look up account records and reconcile accounts. It is for our own use only, is not sold, licensed or made available to anyone else, and has no payment-taking function.
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
